The Akuma Eternal Hand Sub Ability is a Mode Sub Ability that can be obtained through a scroll, which spawns in the Ember Village at 12:20 AM/PM EST with a 1/10 chance.
Description
By holding Z, the user can activate Akuma Eternal Hand. When Akuma Eternal Hand is activated, the user's right arm transforms into a fleshy white arm with a skull-like protrusion protruding from their right shoulder. Two Akuma eyes are fit into the skull's eye sockets, and five more vertically run down the arm. This mode drains 25 MD per second.

Level 1 | While this mode is activated, if the user is knocked out, they will instantly regain 30% of their health and a brief speed boost while holding out their right hand. They also cast an illusion for a few seconds, leaving behind a defeated body identical to themselves, tricking enemies, during which their screen is red and a swirling Akuma icon appears at the top of it. This ability is known as Izanaki, and it has a five minute cooldown after it is automatically used.
